These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and communications services of The Bisou Experience ("Bisou," "we," "us," or "our"), a luxury event venue located in Farmingdale, NY. By using our website, calling or texting our business line, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide event venue rental, planning, and coordination services, and may offer an optional add-on guest website (for save-the-date, RSVP, and registry information) to clients with a confirmed booking. Package details, availability, and pricing are provided upon inquiry and are not guaranteed until confirmed in a signed agreement with us.

Communications & SMS/Calling Terms

• By submitting your phone number through our website inquiry form and checking the SMS consent box, you explicitly consent to receive text messages from three titans, llc, operating as Bisou Experience, related to your event inquiry and booking.
• Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Message frequency varies depending on your event coordination activity.
• You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support information.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from us.
• This is a transactional service; you will not receive marketing messages.

By opting in to SMS communications through our website inquiry form, you understand and agree that:

• Message frequency varies based on your event coordination needs, typically a few messages per booking cycle

• Replies to HELP will provide support contact information
• Your mobile number and consent data are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes

Website Use

Our website content, branding, and photography are the property of The Bisou Experience and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free or current at all times.

Guest Event Websites

For confirmed clients using our optional event website add-on, RSVP and related information submitted by guests is collected solely to support that event and is shared with the booking client for planning purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bisou Experience is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or communications with us. Our liability in connection with any booking is governed by the separate written agreement for that event.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
